A bone reduction and anterior section of the mandibule, both parts are made by stereolighography.

The immediate prosthesis is made on temporary abutments. The prosthesis is not joined to the abutments, in order to leave a space between the prosthesis and the Abutments that will be joined together only during the installation of the prosthesis.

MANDIBULAR CREST PRIOR TO BONE REDUCTION

A bone reduction guide is used to level the crest, removing the uneven bone projections.

Notice the bone leveling completed using the Piezo surgery.

We can observe that the guide is now well adapted on the mandible and that this surgical step is now completed.

SURGICAL GUIDE MOUNTED ON FIXATION SCREWS

The following surgical procedure consists of mounting the drill guide on the mandible that underwent bone reduction.

The bone reduction must be properly executed in order for the drill guide to be perfectly adapted to the mouth. Two fixation screws are inserted in the mandible in order to augment the stabilization of the drill guide.
